Within the European Congress, a former act of recognition of the Enterprises Network NUST (New Social Uses of Time) has been celebrated.This network is composed by companies and enterprises of differents sizes and implicated in differents activities; they share a common aim that is to develop altogether social time policies within working framework. They are implicated for improving human capital and work quality, so that to increase the productivity and the competences, as well as the personnel welfare.
Within the European Congress, a catalog of good practices, aimed to be a reference for all the other enterprises, has been presented.
